CUSTOM PRINTED LABELS:
After we get your paid online order, our design team will draw up a label proof image for you to approve. This will be emailed to you within ~3-4 business days.
You are welcome to make as many changes as you like until you are 100% happy with the label proof design.
Once approved we will print and post your order as quickly as possible.
Our labels are manufactured by us in Western Australia.
The whole process usually takes ~7 business days to design, get your approval, make changes if necessary, manufacture and package your order.
This does not include shipping times.
Parcels are sent express post from Western Australia.
We do not have a shop front and do not offer local pickup sorry.
STOCK LABELS:

Please note changes due to certain circumstances may alter and/or override the above time frames. These new timeframes will be advertised in advance of a store closure, on our social media pages, outlined as a banner on our website and sent via marketing emails.
RUSH ORDERS:
We treat every order as though it is urgent.
We know you are waiting for labels to manufacture your products, for photo shoots etc.
We assume all orders are needed asap and work as fast as we can to process all orders as quickly as we physically can.
If processing times are longer, this is because we have a higher volume of orders to process and cannot get them done any faster so please try to order ahead and not leave ordering to the last minute.
Staff already work very long hours and cannot do more than they already are to speed up the order process.
Please don't ask staff to make your order urgent, push your order ahead of other customers orders or ask for orders to be manufactured in half the normal time frame as we cannot accommodate this and it is unfair to other customers.
We will do everything we can to get your order out as fast as possible. Please have patience and know we are working as fast as we can.

Postage times can vary from time to time due to high shipping volumes, COVID and other transport related issues.
Please expect there may be some delays in shipping due to COVID, limited flights and hold ups at customs.
