WHY CAN'T I JUST REORDER THE SAME AS BEFORE

Oh we wish we could have a simple tick box for you!!!

 

Most customers use the product page as a design form to tell us what they want.

The final label design often ends up being very different to the order form, sometimes it is completely different! Customers also order different quantities. Some like to try different materials or material/ink colour combinations. The variations are endless.

If we had a re-order box, the original order form would come through to us - staff would have no way of knowing if this was a new label to be designed by our design team or a label to be reprint by our print team.

Your final proof may look nothing like the original order - how would staff know what to reprint eeekk!!!

This is why we ask you to upload the final label proof design you approved or a photo of your label - so we can match the your print file on our system with your approved label proof image. This way we know we are reprinting the correct label. :)
